Privacy at Dasein.
This page explains the data Dasein uses to run accounts, publish spatial tours, measure engagement, and deliver viewing enquiries.
Account and workspace data
We store account identifiers, verified email status, workspace membership, plan and billing references, assets, publishes, and operational logs. We use them to authenticate users, provide the service, enforce shared plan limits, prevent abuse, and support the account. Generation ledgers retain opaque entitlement identity plus historical actor and workspace identifiers as pseudonymous audit records so deletion cannot restore spent provider capacity.
Viewing enquiries
When you request a viewing, we store the name and email you provide, plus any phone number or message. The team that published that exact tour can read the enquiry and contact you about it. We do not turn on an enquiry form unless that publisher enables it.
An enquiry expires after 24 months and may be removed earlier when an authorized workspace owner or admin deletes it, when the related property asset or workspace is deleted, or when we complete a verified deletion request.
Tour analytics
Published tours can record events such as opening a tour, viewing content, or submitting an enquiry. These events help the publishing workspace understand engagement and help us operate the product. We do not use enquiry details to send unrelated marketing.
Service providers and security
We use hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery, payment, and generation providers to deliver Dasein. They receive only the information needed for their role. We restrict workspace data by membership and keep payment card details with the payment provider.
Access, export, or deletion
Workspace owners and admins can delete individual enquiries from the enquiry inbox. For an account export, correction, or verified deletion request, email hello@pixelraft.com. Include the account email or tour link needed to locate the record.
